Jane Toohey is a Certified Level 1 Yoga Teacher

Jane has been dedicated to the practice of yoga for the last 10 years. From deep relaxation and stretching, through to a more active vinyasa flow. Jane's classes combine a mix of beginner and intermediate poses and flows with a healthy balance of prana and meditation.

The yoga style is predominantly vinyasa dynamic flow, connecting mind and body in a heart opening, rewarding practice. Yogis feel fully alive, with moments of stillness, connection and peace.

Jane completed her 200 hour course with Inna Bliss Bulimba, and has been inspiring those around her and facilitating their yoga practice and daily exercise of gratitude since.

As the director of Only Natural Organics, it was a natural step to become a teacher. Jane understands the benefits yoga can bring not only to one's personal life, but also to the workplace; staff feel more grounded and energised, and by setting better intentions for their days, they are more productive and satisfied.

Taking just 45 minutes to an hour to focus on one's mind and body, through gentle movement and mindful breathing, helps relieve stress, improve body strength, blood flow, posture, and immune system.
