Sugar free Nut-ella
We all love to treat ourselves from time to time and Nutella is a popular product which many people buy for themselves and their children.

This is our version - Sugar free Nut-ella. Hidden sugars are in a lot of products and excess consumption can negatively effect skin and our bodies.

It is great as a spread or even just an accompaniment for fruit or other desserts. It is also gluten free and vegan.


  • 1 cup of Hazelnuts
  • 125ml of coconut milk
  • 80ml of rice malt syrup (Gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon or macadamia or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Bake the hazelnuts on a tray for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Rub off most of the skins, and grind the nuts in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed and combined.

Please note: More coconut milk can be added if you want to get more of a "sauce" consistency.

The Sugar free Nut-ella can be stored in the fridge, and keeps for several weeks. Enjoy!
