No-bake Goji Berry Brownie Balls

No-Bake Goji Berry Brownie Balls
These No-Bake Goji Berry Brownie Balls are a simple and delicious food processor recipe which are:
  • Gluten free
  • Sugar free
  • Vegan; and
  • A great source of protein
Note: if you don't have a food processor you can still make them but chopping ingredients finely and ensuring you have enough wet ingredients (oil or water) to bind the balls.


  • 1 1/2 cups of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of whole linseeds
  • 1/4 cup of Goji berries
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 8 fresh dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil (or alternatively coconut oil)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until they combine and form a dough.
  2. Roll into about 10-15 medium sized balls.
  3. Coat each ball by rolling it additional coconut (if desired).
